I noticed that specifying the difficulty argument to the Sudoku constructor wasn't actually doing anything; the resulting puzzle always had only 9 boxes filled.

…rue for an unsolvable puzzle. Added __constraints_satisfied() method to replace old validate() functionality

The old implementation of validate() could return true for unsolvable puzzles.
