Giving this awesome extension even more love:

• added SVG icon so it'll also look good on retina, it's also more consistent with Brackets extension icon guidelines now (https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Extension-Icon-Guidelines)
• tweaked table header styling
• tweaked close panel icon styling.
