Heroku doesn't like that the .lock file is out of date.

I think this error will happen to anyone trying this tutorial moving forward.
I added some steps should they encounter the error.

Alternatively, maybe the steps should be slightly edited and a section should be added between "## Creating a new Heroku app" and "## Launching your Heroku app" called "## Updating the Pipfile.lock file"

Just an idea. Thanks for the tutorial!
