In Gatsby v2, gatsby-link is managed by (and therefore imported from) Gatsby. This removes the explicit dependency and switches the import statements.

I like what you are doing here, but I think an overhaul is probly needed to keep up with all the (awesome) changes to gatsby & netlify, and take advantage of new react stuff (lazy & hooks.) I appreciate the PR, but I think I will make a sweeping update all at once (#44), when I have some time.
