Addresses the issue #1551
It is just a starting point for work on this.

TODO:

  • populate tables 1 and 2 (Kinzer&Gunn 1951) and move to separate folder for this paper
  • add formula for calculating F (note that F, defined as a ventilation factor, often is referred to experimental data and is different that in Froessling1938 ventilation coefficient).
  • ventilation coefficient from PruppacherAndRasmussen1979
