Version 0.2

This version implements all the basic features, and now it's definitely usable.

New features:

• Added a message at server startup
• Implemented config file functionality (see README.md)
• Implemented custom 404 page instead of the default Rocket one

Initial release (v0.1)

It's still not complete and lacks important features, although core functionality is working.

• Downloading files
• File search
• Tag search
