Is this actually required anymore? Is it not safe to link to the gh-pages directly? It not populates all the necessary headers correctly... |

GitHub pages should work fine too. jsDelivr comes with some advantages, like optional versioning or larger and faster network. |

I replaced the Rawgit link with a jsDelivr CDN link in the readme. Unlike Rawgit, jsDelivr was built for this use case and also serves the correct content-type header.
