PR Summary

• Upgraded Laravel framework compatibility
  The requirements have been changed to include support for Laravel framework version 12.0. This allows us to leverage latest features and improvements in this version.

• Enhanced PHPUnit version compatibility
  The requirements now also support PHPUnit version 11.5.3. This will enable us to benefit from the latest testing capabilities in this version.

• Expanded Orchestra Testbench compatibility
  We've updated the requirements to support Orchestra Testbench version 10.0. This enhances our testing infrastructure by utilizing the updated features in this new version.
