os.stat requires an absolute path or it fails. On my system,
os.UserHomeDir()returns~. Similarly, my whisky plist hasdefaultBottleLocation = "~/Library/Containers/com.isaacmarovitz.Whisky/Bottles";. This change dereferences both of those tildes to absolute paths so Whisky is properly detected.
