Adds support for the
nysemarket and the Finnhub secondary adapter to themarket-statuscomposite EA. This composite EA delegates to its underlying primary and secondary EAs so this is mostly just a config change.For the
nysemarket, we want to use Tradinghours as the primary EA and Finnhub as the secondary EA.
