The vim reporter didn't work, because of a missing delimiter between filename an line number. Changed the used errorformat to %f:%l:%c:%m. Which means filename:line:colum:error message
The Makefile try to copy an file dependencies to the distribution. The file does not exist. The target dependencies is empty and depend on stamp-dependencies. Now user stamp-dependencies and remove this file in the distribution.

The vim reporter didn't work properly, because of a missing delimiter between filename
an line number. I also changed the used errorformat to %f:%l:%c:%m. Which means
filename:line:colum:error message.
