@tebeka can you rerun travis test? There was a problem with jdk installation

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2019-01-16 11:57:38 ERROR 404: Not Found.
download failed
Oracle JDK 8 is NOT installed.

Since this was already broken, this needs a test.

Maybe we can modify one of the existing tests to include UTF-8 data in the payload?
