Synology VideoStation and DLNA FFmpeg Wrapper with AAC, DTS, EAC3 and TrueHD support via pipes (now with GStreamer support). It enables full hardware transcoding from Synology´s FFmpeg for video and transcoding DTS, EAC3, TrueHD and AAC from the SynoCommunity's FFmpeg only when necessary.

A bash script to automate management of audio streams in MKV files. Ability to create EAC3 7.1 from TrueHD & DTS, EAC3 and AC3 5.1 and below from anything, and strip audio streams from MKV files.

Extract E-AC-3 audio track from a MKV container and convert it to a regular AC-3 audio file.

A wrapper around ffmpeg to make it work in a concurrent and memory-buffered fashion.

this script will convert any audiostream (AAC, DTS, ...) of a .mkv file to EAC3 768k with the same channels (via ffmpeg), then remux these audiostreams to a new .mkv (via mkvmerge)
