Welcome to the as3-gettext wiki!
This is a port of gettext to Actionscript 3.0. You use jointly the usual utilities of gettext and this AS3 port of the gettext API to localize your applications. Thus, you benefit of the numerous advantages of the gettext utilities. This is true both for the developer and the translator.
You may want to start with this guide, which describes how to use gettext and this port.
