Update german.lang

Please review my updated language file. I've edited the language file using Poedit.
I've also tested the language file on a Wii console, so everything should be fine.

I would also like to add that I have kept the translated string size as minimal as possible.
Additionally, I am familiar with technical terms, having been involved in other projects within the 3DS/Wii scene.

Changes:

• Added new translated strings
• Adjusted existing translated strings (typos etc.)
• Removed unused strings to reduce file size
• Removed strings that don't need to be translated (e.g. USB)

Some words were not translated, although there is a German word for them. I have not marked them all.

Moreover, the translation, if displayed in a dialogue, should not be longer than the original. Sometimes less is more.
