Proposed changes

  • Add go.mod file
  • Add test coverage and benchmark instructions to README.md, and .gitignore for test coverage output files
  • Ran go fmt on all .go files
  • Add test case for And()
  • Add test case for when do(n) == true in the "common case" section of Visit()
