walk up the path to find .sops.yaml

This patch addresses issue #101

It changes the working directory to the closest parent directory containing a .sops.yaml file and adjusts the paths accordingly.

This actually worked before helm-secrets 2.0. Don't know what caused the regression.

I believe this is a regression caused by #117. See my comments in #121 and #92. Reverting #117 should fix the problem, and the issue in #92 should instead be fixed by using the latest 3.3.1 version of sops with appropriate path_regex creation rules in .sops.yaml.
