Bug
If the user upgrades PostgreSQL from 12.3 or 12.4 to 12.5 on Ubuntu Via Postgres installers and try to connect with psql it fails. with an error error while loading shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
