备份文章到 GitHub 仓库需要用户授权写入权限，但这个功能因为会被某些人举报滥用而不稳定，所以我们决定下线备份到 GitHub 仓库的功能。

但备份其实是非常有必要的功能，我们会将该功能迁移到社区，通过社区备份用户的公开文章压缩包。
