Fixes / Features

  • update ctk to 1.47.0 (Breaking change!)

There was an network naming update in ctk for A3* clusters. This makes it so if this PR was merged, xpk would unable to run workloads on A3 Ultra and A3 Mega clusters created with ctk 1.45.1, but only on clusters created with the new version.

Also, this PR is required for A4 support.

I tested it on A3 mega. It's backwards compatible now with clusters created with previous version of cluster toolkit
