i have :-

updated the android manifest with newer permissions for android 13+
updated audio_services.dart with unified permission handling for both ios and android. plus removed the bug here which was causing the permission error
updated main.dart to include permission for nearby device as it was not granted many people struggled to use the app alo updated the way it handels this permission
