ToggleLivePriview button in image viewer

Description

Add a button to toggle setting Show Live preview in full page image viewer in side image viewer

the value is setting is used as default
the toggle button javascript dose not write / updates the settings

I am not too happy with the choice of icon and it's positioning
if anyone has better suggestions

that was something implemented long ago

• show the preview image in the modalview if available #13459
• add option: Live preview in full page image viewer #14230
• default False js_live_preview_in_modal_lightbox #14307

it's possible to render emojis in black and white
maybe there are some good icons choices there
