- Fixed size policies to automatically resize elements to make use of maximum available screen space
- Added red window and tray icon for when timer is running
- Added the build folder to .gitignore
- Changed docker container to Kimai version 1.9

API version 1.8 does not seem to support budget and timeBudget fields with the POST request when creating new customers/projects/activities
