Origins - functioned defaults fix

An update of Origins 0.7.3 that fixes a minor bug with functioned defaults (power fields that default to other fields instead of a constant default value). As far as I know (there might be private projects that are affected), this only affects my own mod (https://github.com/Alluysl/alluysl-origins), unless the Java implementation changes how a string's hash is calculated, in which case it affects Origins Classes (https://github.com/apace100/origins-classes) as well.

It's required for proper behavior of my mod if the corresponding values are left to default in any overlay power.
