Impossible to advance runner on BB and then on WP #230

Play in a game I was scoring today:

batter got BB
runner from 1st advanced not only to 2nd and also went to 3rd becase the ball was WP
runner from 3rd scored on WP

Currently such play incorrectly triggers validation:

Need to investigate, why WP/PB is not extempted in this case?

Without runner at 3rd it works as intended:
