investigate more DPUB ARIA roles #217

As part of #96 and #215, we've switched to using more DPUB ARIA roles (and stealing the doc- prefix from DPUB ARIA when they do not suffice).

There might be other roles we can use, cf. https://www.w3.org/TR/dpub-aria-1.0/#role_definitions.

E.g., doc-credit / doc-credits could be useful for metadata.

I don't think credits will come up any time soon. I've gone through the roles again and I think we can close this. I keep an eye on the spec.
