werk werk werk. beta 4.9.99.5.1 - test build but reported stable

cleaned up crud and things, cleaned up the ramdisk, prepping to turn selinux back to strict, possible bluetooth fix.
permission was missing for nfc extras.
possible new fonts and animations from sdk image 1272903, did not merge everything in yet on images yet from the framework res because want to see if what I added is actually any different
