Magnet link stability means when the metadata of the torrent (the .torrent file) can be downloaded using DHT without this repository providing the .torrent file. This is useful if something happens bad to this repository like getting taken down.
To achieve magnet link stability there should be at least 1 seeder seeding the torrent with DHT.
As of 2021 no torrent has achieved magnet link stability.
