Description
Create a pipeline that pushes backend image to Docker Hub. It can be triggered manually or on release/* branches merge.

Build and push docker image with backend with an associated version to Docker Hub.
Image name will be: antoniomrtz/spotify-electron:{{version}}
Version is obtained from:
number after release/ sufix. Example: release/2.01 -> version: 2.01
