Updates web-ext to v8 (and regenerates the package lockfile), clearing all npm audit warnings.
Makes the necessary changes to the publish workflow to work with web-ext@8... at least I'm pretty sure. See https://github.com/AprilSylph/XKit-Rewritten/commits/master/.github/workflows/publish.yml.
