Also, check if there's not accidentally double entries for these countries, and turn them back into unrecognized:

  • Cambodia
  • Brunai

adds all vanilla nations but as decentralized and tidied up in files

still a ton of work to do and some problems (#20) but it's getting along to a state where I can start being more serious about the mod's history files.
Notably, for now still no pop distribution and all nations have no laws or literacy defined.
