For CS5346 task B web page display

Quick start

1. Download the csv file 'sample_data_revenue&expenditure.csv' under this repo
2. Open the web page via this url: https://ariapokotengye.github.io/5346/diff_area.html
3. In the web page, select the csv file 'sample_data_revenue&expenditure.csv' to upload to the page.
4. Use the dropdown to select different countries. The visualization result will be shown.
