I messed up so bad in the previous 3 commits.
Start move to snek-fetch + https
* Bump version up to 0.4.0 due to breaking changes * Rename BooruError.name from "booruError" to "BooruError" * Clarify comments in some more complex parts of the code
* Remove "why snekfetch" * Add install instructions for yarn * Rename BooruError in the example * Add contributors * Add "Can I contribute" * Slight reformatting
