The config should live at $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/togglrc by default.

Note that a small refactor should be included in this PR to minimize the number of times the config path is hardcoded in: https://github.com/AuHau/toggl-cli/search?l=Python&q=togglrc

Sounds good, would you be willing to create a PR? I am not sure when I will get around to incorporate it.

I've got a lot on my plate at the moment and don't use this tool anymore, so maybe it's better for someone else to take this on.
