Provide some common methods both for validation and general testing (unit testing) of the property definitions themselves, e.g. a method that checks if all properties have a comment, or that they are well defined as constants...

Possible things:

  • are fields on a SettingsHolder public static final?
  • do all declared Property fields have unique paths?
  • is there a @Comment on each field?
  • SettingsHolder class final with one private constructor?
