Pull Request Prelude

Thank you for your contribution :)

Please complete the below steps before filing your PR:

I have read and understood CONTRIBUTING document.
I have read and understood CODE_OF_CONDUCT document.
I have included tests for the changes in my PR. If not, I have included a rationale for why I haven't.
I understand my PR may be closed if it becomes obvious I didn't actually perform all of these steps.

Why this change is necessary and useful

According to the docs

"New in version 0.20: SimpleImputer replaces the previous sklearn.preprocessing.Imputer estimator which is now removed."
This change tries to update the way we handle missing values using scikit-learn. Also notice that we do not have NaN values in the dataset but we have some values equal to 0 so we replace this anomaly with the mean of the column.

According to the [docs](https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.impute.SimpleImputer.html#sklearn.impute.SimpleImputer)

"New in version 0.20: SimpleImputer replaces the previous sklearn.preprocessing.Imputer estimator which is now removed."
This change tries to update the way we handle missing values using scikit-learn.
