  <p>All canonical English translations appearing on <em>Dharma Pearls</em> are made freely available under the <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/" target="_blank">Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike</a> license. I ask that they not be sold for profit, but organizations and individuals can feel free to use them for other purposes and distribute them in a non-profit fashion.</p>
	<p>Secondary works such as essays, glossaries, and comparison studies that are planned will be subject to normal copyright protection and require explicit permission for reproduction.</p>
	<p>In general, it's better to link to the original documents found at <em>Dharma Pearls</em> rather than copying them to other sites because they will be subject to periodic revision. Copies posted elsewhere will become obsolete over time.</p>
