New Centurions/Praetors, Bug Fixes

New Centurions/Praetors, bug fixes

Re-worked Centurions and Praetors to function more smoothly.  Users no
longer need to select an armour, then go and select all the option -
everything is located in one pane.

Bugs:
- Deathshroud Terminators were not elites choices or affected by the
Pride of the Legion Rite of War.  Fixed.
- Multiple detachments were not allowing multiple Legion Astartes
chioces.  Fixed.
