When iSkyLIMS is used to centralize sample from many different labs, it is quite heavy work to define them one by one.

I was decided do not update the form to include laboratory batch file utility.
But the laboratory is created if not exists with the information that is collected when create a new sample using API request.
Code is implemented in commit 89c70a2
