Run is moved to Error on miSeq runs when "Cancelling is found in sequencing log #90

MiSeq runs are set to error when reading the log files, for checking if sequencer has ended to process the run, when: "
Cancelling 'BUBEN2' command" is written in log file.
This Cancelling apparently does no impact on the run procedure and it should skip this condition to allow continue with the process in iSkyLIMS

New version of miSeq SW create a xml file to indicate that the sequencer ends the run.
In iSkyLIMS now check this xml file instead of logs.
This is fixed in commit 7f14e08
