It is important to remember to press 'Enter' key after changing values to save your changes
Test was performed with Enigma2 not running (headless) on the following devices:
- Vu+ Uno 4K with FBC Tuners (DVB-S2 and DVB-C)
- Vu+ Zero 4K (DVB-S2X)
- GigaBlue UHD Quad 4K with FBC-Tuner (DVB-S2X)
It is possible to install SatPI directly in OpenATV/TeamBlue images with:
- opkg update
- opkg install satpi
- See for more info OpenATV HowTo
To setup SAT>IP Client through vtuner(satipclient):
- Use a Universal LNB in Enigma when using vtuner to 'interface' between SatPI frontends. And setup the correct LNB in SatPI (see below)
- If there are no kabels connected to the physical tuner, you need to disable them in Enigma.
To setup SatPI:
- In Frontend Info page (see below image) you can enable or disable a frontend for use in SAT>IP.
- SatPI will check if a tuner is locked and try the next available tuner.
- SatPI will not use the Disabled tuners, so it leaves them for other processes.
-
IMPORTANT: The enabled tuners in SatPI, need to be disable in Enigma.
Because Enigma does not check if tuners are usable, or locked by other processes, and therefor not go to next available tuner. So leave the first tuners for Enigma to prevent this situation.
- SatPI will check if a tuner is locked and try the next available tuner.
- DVB-S2
- DVB-C does not need any configuration
