About The Pull Request
I was working on the #12332 fix and got distracted. Anyway, it's nice.
Reused a lot of assets and related code from the air alarm helpers.
Also fixes #12326's issue regarding air alarms not properly setting the access. They will now remove any other access assigned to it, the same as the APC helpers.
Why It's Good For The Game
Fuck var editing.
