Updated the changelog.md file to contain a narrative summary of updates in the shift from version 2.0.0 to version 2.1.0 of the PHES-ODM. Also added an excel table for a tabular summary of these changes, and stored them both in a new "changelogs" folder.
Wrote and updated the changelog for version 2.1 to 2.2. There is an excel file for greater clarity, or the updated markdown file for greater detail. If anything has been missed that you notice, please submit and issue or pull request, or simply comment on this PR.
