Add the following changes:
"In example_scripts/configuration_gallery:
restore removed files (these are scripts that generate Configuration Gallery pages in the docs for which the data is not available and so are not automatically run with GitActions). There should be 4 files:
amm15_example_plot.py
anchor*py
blz_py
seasiapy
Remove file example_scripts/configuration_gallery/gc31_arctic_example_plot.py (we have the data for this) and turn it into part of the tutorial by copying contents into runnable_notebooks/general/quiver_tutorial.ipynb (could simply add at end as new a section rather than messing with blending. File names need updating.)
In runnable_notebooks/general:
rename quiver_tutorial.ipynb —> polar_plotting.ipynb
