Overview
This PR aims to add the ability to select "Update" metadata intention for uploading to the Batch table.
Change Details (Specifics)
Upload functionality already in place, this will only change the metadataIntention property when calling the createBatch API, as well as to un-disable the "Update" option in the UI.
