Project Managment Tools
This document outlines the project management tools we utilized to stay on track during the development of ClassConnect.
We adopted a Kanban methodology to manage and prioritize project tasks effectively. Our GitHub Project Board allowed us to visualize the status of issues as they moved through the following stages:
- To-do
- In Progress
- Testing
- Review
By having a clear overview of task priorities, we could better focus on delivering key features. This approach also helped us identify any issues that were lagging behind, ensuring that none were overlooked and that tasks were completed in a timely manner.
In addition to the Project Board, we leveraged GitHub’s Roadmap feature to plan and organize the different phases of our project. The roadmap enabled us to set realistic timelines for completing tasks, ensuring smooth progress and better coordination within the team. It also helped us align expectations on when critical milestones should be reached.
