Run script

# install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# path to 'ralibrarynotification'
python3 "C:\GitHub\ralibrary-notification\ralibrarynotification"

Run unit tests

Navigate to folder 'ralibrary-notification' and run:

python3 -m unittest discover -s tests
