问题描述
For Chinese providers, such as DeepSeek and SiliconFlow, the unit of balance is CNY.
But it's saved as unit USD.

复现步骤
Configure SiliconFlow or DeepSeek channel, and then request balance.

预期结果
Use unit CNY for SiliconFlow or DeepSeek, or transfer it to USD.
