Fork of the open-source xUnit- library adapted to work with Bridge.NET.

This is work in progress. Mainly these tasks are left to do:

• Add a framework with UI for running the tests in a browser
• Add a framework for running the tests from a NodeJs back-end
• Add a Docker- container for running compiled .js files with tests.
• Add a DevOps- pipeline deploying this package to NuGet
• Add the tests
• Integrate this library with Visual Studio so the Javascript- tests can be run directly in the Test Browser.
