Added

• Optional inclusion of the LLKI have been added to all CEP modules. Example CEPNoLLKIRocketConfig has been included.
  CEP Cosimulation tests run successfully without the LLKI (except those whose explicitly test the Surrogate Root of Trust)
• Added initial cep_cosim support for fewer than four rocket-cores
